Submission of forms through external providers

To handle messages sent through the contact form, ZURANO Y BLAZQUEZ, S.L. uses FormSubmit, a service operated by Devro LABS, as an external technology provider for receiving and transmitting forms by email.

When the user submits the form, the data provided — full name, company, phone number, email address, service of interest and message — are transmitted through FormSubmit solely for the purpose of delivering the enquiry to ZURANO Y BLAZQUEZ, S.L.

According to information published by the provider, FormSubmit temporarily retains received submissions for a period of 30 days. Thereafter, messages may remain in the email system of ZURANO Y BLAZQUEZ, S.L. for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and, where applicable, manage the pre-contractual or contractual relationship.

FormSubmit’s public documentation does not clearly confirm the existence of a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR, nor the precise location of all processing carried out through its infrastructure. This page describes the use of the service transparently on the basis of publicly available information. FormSubmit is not presented here as a processor with a verified GDPR contract.

Recipients and technology providers

Data will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law. Nevertheless, technology providers necessary for the operation of the website and the handling of enquiries may have access to them, including the hosting provider Profesional Hosting, the email service provider, and FormSubmit/Devro LABS as a form transmission service.

International data transfers

FormSubmit is an external technology service whose public documentation does not precisely identify the location of all processing carried out through its infrastructure. As a result, its use may involve the processing of information outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, international transfers must be carried out with the safeguards required by Chapter V GDPR.

Other technology providers (including Google reCAPTCHA, email or infrastructure services) may also process data from countries outside the European Economic Area.

Rights
